At Good Hands, we make sure there is enough staff utilized so that your care administration won’t be hindered in the event that somebody becomes ill or takes some time off. In the event that your aide is absent, we will always provide a backup and will reach you ahead of time of the change.
Employees are assigned to clients according to the individual’s level of need. An individual with critical needs may have two staff members assigned to him or her to address the needs outlined in the Individual Service Plan.
